We offer Free Shipping across all states in India, with no additional delivery charges on any order.

All furniture products are handcrafted and made to order.
Standard processing time ranges between 7–20 working days, depending on product type and production load.
Customers will be informed if additional time is required due to customization or bulk requirements.
4. Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, products are typically delivered within 5–12 working days, depending on the delivery location.
Remote areas or locations with logistics limitations may require extra time.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, transportation delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Dispatch & Tracking
Once the order is dispatched, customers receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp (if applicable).
Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link.
6. Delivery Conditions

7. Packaging & Handling
To ensure safe delivery, all products are securely packed using:
High-strength corrugated boxes
Protective foam layers
Edge protectors
Shrink wrap (if required)
Unboxing should be recorded as photo/video evidence, especially in case of damage claims.
8. Damage During Transit
If the product arrives damaged:
Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory proof: photos and videos before and after unpacking.
Claims will be assessed as per our Refund & Return Policy.
