1. Introduction

Customers must provide clear photos and videos showing the product before and after unpacking to validate the claim.
2.2 Product Not as Described
If the delivered product does not match the description, images, specifications, or features displayed on our website.
However, if product photographs were shared with the customer before dispatch, the product will not be eligible for return or refund.
2.3 Wrong or Missing Item
If the customer receives an incorrect item or if any component/part is missing from the delivery.
Proof Required:

3. Non-Eligible Cases for Return or Refund
Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following scenarios:
